Curtis Hibbs
Curtis Hibbs is a Lean-Agile thought leader advising executives on the practical mechanics of enterprise transformation. He is co-creator of Applied Agility and co-authors the Applied Agility Series with Joshua Barnes.
His career spans aerospace, defense, financial services, healthcare, and technology startups. Earlier, he served as Chief Agile Evangelist and Tech Fellow at Boeing, where he founded and led the company-wide Lean+Agile initiative. He is a Founding Fellow and former Board Member of the Lean Systems Society.
Curtis is the author of The Art of Lean Software Development and Ruby on Rails: Up and Running. Earlier in his career, he invented real-time closed captioning for broadcast television.
